Refund & Cancellation Policy:

1. PRODUCT QUALITY AND RETURNS
1.1. The detailed features of the Product sold at the Shop are specified in the Product description.

Online Vision Digital Store is responsible for the quality of Products and guarantees that your Product will be functioning normally and meet standard quality (technical) requirements and conditions of the respective kind of Products and will not have any hidden deficiencies. However, Online Vision Digital Store is not responsible for any damage arising from your failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use.

1.4. You can return the faulty Product and demand for the refund. When the Product is returned, you will receive a 100% refund.

2. MONEY RETURNS
2.1. Online Vision Digital Store manages all refunds and can return money to all Customers if they are not satisfied with the Product. Each Customer has a 90 days money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product and want to get your money back, please contact us at support@Online Vision Digital Store.eu.

3. CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTION
3.1. Purchase receipt message which was sent to you at the time of your purchase contains a link to stop your paid subscription. Use the link to cancel your subscription. Stopping a subscription does not result in money return. If you wish to have your money refunded, see “Money Returns” article.

3.2. In the end of every paid period (e.g., a month) an automatic email message will be sent to you. The message will contain instructions how to extend your paid subscription or how to cancel it. No automatic recurring charge will occur unless you authorize it by providing correct credit card data each time you are notified about your subscription.
